Shipping & Handling

Packaging

All items will be shipped in buble-wrapped.

Orders within Malaysia

Unless otherwise requested, all orders within Malaysia will be delivered via Pos Ekspress and tracking number will be provided upon delivery of each parcel to you. Shipping for both East and West Malaysia shall be charged at RM4.00 for items below 250 grams. Additional charges may apply depending on the actual weight of the items and the size of the parcel used.

Should you require shipping via Pos Laju, please note that shipping shall be charged at RM7.00 (West Malaysia) and RM9.00 (East Malaysia) for items below 500 grams. Items above 500 grams are subject to additional charge of RM2.00 or more depending on the actual weight.

International Orders

I ship worldwide! Shipping is charged at USD$3.50 for the first item and subsequently USD$1.00 for each additional item. Item(s) will be shipped from Malaysia via registered airmail and delivery may take approximately 7 to 15 working days, depending on your location.

*Please note that I have no control over the custom release once the item arrives at custom check point of your country or any delay in the shipment from such custom check point.
